Han erkänner att han stal en kvarting på Systembolaget

En man i 60-årsåldern erkänner att han stal en så kallad kvarting, en 35-centiliters Absolut vodka-flaska som kostade 137 kronor, på Systembolaget på Västra Kyrkogatan i Västervik i mitten av maj i år.

Nu döms han för ringa stöld.

Den dömde, som bor i Västervik, ska betala 1 500 kronor i dagsböter samt en avgift på 1 000 kronor till brottsofferfonden.

Mannen ska dessutom betala ett skadestånd på 110 kronor till Systembolaget Aktiebolag.

”Det är styrkt att varans värde, exklusive moms, var 110 kronor, således har Systembolaget Aktiebolag lidit motsvarande skada”, fastslår tingsrätten i domen.
