Region Kalmar län anmälde på fredagen en personuppgiftsincident till Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten.

”Anmälan gäller att en verksamhet inom regionen skickat ett brev med ett sjukintyg till fel person. Denna person påtalade det inträffade för regionen. Berörd person som fått sina personuppgifter röjda kommer att informeras”, skriver regionen i ett pressmeddelande.
