Man stal varor på Ica Maxi – så mycket ska han betala i böter

OSKARSHAMN

En man i 35-årsåldern stal varor till ett värde av drygt 160 kronor i Ica Maxi-butiken i Oskarshamn den 13 november förra året.

Nu döms han för ringa stöld.

Han ska betala 3 000 kronor i dagsböter – samt ett skadestånd på 1 000 kronor till Ohlssons Stormarknad AB.

Mannen ska dessutom betala en avgift på 1 000 kronor till brottsofferfonden.
