En körkortslös kvinna i 50-årsåldern hade hela 2,87 promille alkohol i blodet efter en bilfärd i Nybro i slutet av mars i år.

Nu åtalas hon för grovt rattfylleri och grov olovlig körning.

”Brottet bör bedömas som grovt eftersom hennes körkort var återkallat”, står det i åtalet.

Kvinnan förnekar brott.
