Ett flertal personer i 20–30-årsåldern var ute och sköt fyrverkerier i en ort utanför Mönsterås på nyårsaftonen – och några minuter in på det nya året ska en granne i 40-årsåldern ha kommit ut och viftat med något slags tillhygge samtidigt som han sa att han skulle slå dem om de inte slutade med fyrverkeriskjutandet.

Det rapporteras dessutom om en sönderslagen ruta på en bostad i närheten. En okänd person ska ha slagit sönder den.

Anmälningar om skadegörelse och olaga hot mot grupp har upprättats, berättar polisen på tisdagen.
